royaldarjeeling.in (the “Site”) is operated by Sreeradhagya Enterprises, a Partnership firm registered at Mico Layout, Bangalore – 76, Karnataka, India (GSTIN 29AFVFS1776D1ZC). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
We sell hand-picked Darjeeling tea and spiced chai blends in various pack sizes. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for information and are subject to change without notice. We take reasonable care to display product colours and packaging accurately, but slight variations may occur.
Placing an order through the Site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in the case of stock unavailability or a pricing error). An order is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from us.
Online payments via Razorpay are coming soon. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered. Until online payments go live, order and payment arrangements will be communicated directly by our support team. Once Razorpay is live, all payments will be processed securely through Razorpay's platform, and we do not store your card or payment details.
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation requests made after this window may not be accepted if the order has already been dispatched.
All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed.
Shipping timelines, charges, and our returns and refunds process are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and video — is owned by or licensed to Sreeradhagya Enterprises and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Royal Darjeeling is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, beyond the value of the order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
